A small team that ships
We operate as a deliberately small team, which means every colleague carries real accountability. We own entire platform areas, not tickets. The engineer who reviews the code is the same one who answers when something breaks in production. It is efficient and unambiguous.
Singapore + Brno + remote
Management and Quality Checks sit in Singapore. Engineering and most operations sit in Brno. A handful of senior contributors work remotely across EU time zones.
