Notes to the Fee Schedule
These Notes are part of this Fee Schedule. Words with capital letters have the meaning given in the Walletory Terms and Conditions applicable to the Client (the "Terms").
- This Fee Schedule takes effect on the date shown above and replaces any earlier fee schedule. It applies to all transactions and services from that date onwards.
- All Fees are non-refundable once paid. Fees do not include GST, VAT or other taxes; where any apply, they are added on top of the Fee.
- Where a Fee shows both a percentage and a minimum, the Client pays whichever is higher; for example, "0.5%, min 12 EUR" means 0.5% of the amount, but never less than 12 EUR. Each Fee is charged in the currency of the Client’s wallet. Where a Fee is listed in a specific currency (e.g. USD), the equivalent amount is charged in the currency of the Client’s wallet at the applicable exchange rate.
- When the Client receives a payment, the full gross amount is credited to the Client’s Account first. The Fee is then deducted separately as a subsequent charge.
- For SWIFT and other cross-border transfers, the other banks involved (correspondent, intermediary or the recipient’s bank) may take their own charges. These are not part of Walletory’s Fees and are usually deducted from the amount transferred, so the recipient may receive less than the amount sent. By default, charges are shared (SHA): the Client pays Walletory’s Fee and the recipient pays the other banks’ charges. The same third-party charges may apply if a payment is returned or recalled.
